    For The Boys - Vechs

    Some of you may know who I am, some may not. I've bad logs before 6+ pages but I never stay consistent. I never got really good results in those logs but I attempt to in this.



    Goals :
    Bench : 170lbs
    Deadlifts : 315lbs
    Squat : 275lbs

    Ill be following the routine to a tee, unlike before. Ill post daily snapchats of myfitnesspal so you can see what am I eating and criticize from there.

    Ill sauce some pictures and updates probably later in the day.

    Thumbs up Cardio

    Week 2 or 3 of this cardio, can't really remember. Results are shining, absolutely loving this!

    100m x 3 - Best Time = 12.6
    200m x 3 - Best Time = 29.00
    12 Minute run - 2.4km

    Holding in a massive dump for the 12 minute run. Not my best time at all for that.

    Going to post a snap of my diet off Myfitnesspal after I eat some more.

    Workout A #1

    Bench : 110x5 x 3
    Will easily put up 115 next workout.

    Deadlifts : 225x 5x2
    Lost a lot of strength in this lift, once again 230 next time will be easy.

    Ez curls : 65x 12 x3
    Biceps are really lagging so I thought I'd throw this in.

    Squats: don't feel comfortable doing squats as I had intense cardio yesterday and I have it again tomorrow. As I get used to the cardio ill do squats. Most likely in the next week or so.


    Overall feels great to be back, going to be taking this more seriously than before.

    Workout B #1- Yesterday

    OHP - 85 x 5 x 3
    Easy. Didn't really warmup for this either. 90-95 will be put up next time no problem

    Hang cleans - 105 x 5 x 3
    Didn't know how tiring these are, also a killer for traps! Close to my favourite exercise right now.

    Pull-ups - bw x 6 x 3
    Really trying to improve these a lot.


    Calories were close to 4k once again.

    Hands were getting sweaty, messing with my grip. Will easily put up 120 next workout too.

    Deadlifts - 230x 5 x 3
    Easy again. 235 next workout no problem

    Ez curls - 75 x 10 x 3
    Really trying to bring the biceps up to proportion

    Some areas I retained strength, others I just completely lost it. Bench has always been my weak spot, and when I stopped lifting it just dropped like crazy.

    But thanks for joining! The weight gains will be intense!
