    "McManus Lateral Raise".. anyone tried it?

    its basically an L-lateral raise with an ankle strap attached to the upper forearm. looks good to me, but i just wanted to get some feedback.
    going to try this one later and see how it goes.

    Tried something very similar.

    Didn't see the point. Practically no difference between this and a good old side lateral raise. Expect this also seems to be more isolated.

    Why complicate stuff?
