Question Best supp to add with EC stack?

Ok, so let me start off by saying that my diet and macros are in check. I also lift full body 3x a week following a modified beginners program. I have lost roughly 175 lbs in the last 2.5 years and frankly, until about a month ago it's been relatively easy but exhausting...

I have been taking EC for a few months now with great success, but recently my appetite has skyrocketed. I'm sure it's a hormonal issue to do with leptin or something else I can't really control but I'd love something to help me drop another 15ish pounds so I can slowly transition to my first bulk. I know EC is really the cream of the crop in regards to fat burning, but anything that will help with my appetite, or just add to the effect in general would be great. I've heard great things about lean xtreme but apparently not in regards to the newest version. Alpha-2 is another I've read recommended many times but it has also been through several reformulations so I'm not sure what's ideal. Anyone with scientific knowledge or experience with adding such things to an EC stack please chime in :-)

Btw, I'm also taking orange triad, fish oil, and vitamin d3 daily.

Maybe the new Lean Xtreme, ErgoBolic, or Reduce XT?

On a side note, have you done any refeeds during your weight loss journey? Having a day every week or 2 where you eat slightly above maintenance consuming mostly carbs and protein could be very beneficial to appetite control.

Thanks for the reply, I have done a few refeeds. I wait until I can tell my performance in the gym is starting to suffer and then I'll take at least a weekends worth of time with a few boxes of cereal and very little fat lol. They do help with performance, but I don't recall it helping my appetite much unfortunately...

I also keep reading good stuff about Tta-500 and forskolin, I can't find anywhere to buy the tta which is apparently banned now?

I'm trying to not spend a fortune right now having just moved.

Lean Xtreme contains forskolin, just at a lower extract percentage/dose correct? Which between either forskolin-95 and lean xtreme would yield the best overall effect? I'm really just wanting to add one of these suggested products right now so between a forskolin supp or alpha-t2, which would you recommend the most?

Forskolin works exceptionally well with EC stack because it increases adenyl cyclase activity, which is a key part of B-adrenergic receptor GPCR signaling. By amplifying cAMP formation, you amplify the endpoint response of the cell (in this case, adipocytes) to stimulation with EC. I'm not sure how much forskolin is in LX but it's a great product regardless. That said, the forskolin should be very cheap, like 12 bucks, and will make the stack that much better.

I can't really recommend stacking Alpha-T2 with EC due to the stims in each, but many users have reported good results with the combo. Ultimately, you can't go wrong here

Well I'm incredibly stim-tolerant so that's not really a concern, but if I were to go for just forskolin what kinda dosage should I be looking for? The main forskolin supplement I see suggested is Forakolin-95 which has I think 25mg per cap. It's also like $24 per bottle which would get pricy since most people swear by a 100mg per day dose.

50-100 mg for fat loss, depending on what your budget allows. You should be able to find a much lower price than 24 a pop

If I go out and buy Forskolin-95 and add it to my lean xtreme, how much is my stomach going to hate me.

Thanks for the ErgoBolic love It's becoming quite popular as a part of many stacks right now. @ OP - I'd suggest checking this out if you haven't already selected a product to add.

Comes with a free ErgoZzz[/url] with every bottle right now, too !

Honestly, not at all. I ran 100mg of the 95% with the new LX and had zero issues. In fact, I've yet to hear of GI issues with forskolin-95

My bad, I was unaware. Thanks for the replies guys, for now for the sake of cost effectiveness I'll just try adding the Forskolin 95 at 75-100mg per day and see how it goes for at least a month. I am really excited to maybe try some of the others in the future though. Btw I updated the first post to reflect the fact that I do lift lol, and generally do hiit at least once a week on my off days.

I'd add some Yohimbine HCl provided you aren't taking in food within 2 hours either way of the dose, and just adding it with your EC.

200c, 25e, 5-12mg Yoh AS TOLERATED. MAN has some on the cheap, 60 caps for $10. I'd start with 3mg per dose if you haven't had YohimbineHCl prior to now, as a general rule of thumb.

For everytime I hear about adding yohimbe effectively making an ECY stack I read somewhere that it isn't really a great idea because of certain similarities between E and Y. Thanks for the input though, I may try that at some point.

    I dose 15mg pre-moderate cardio alongside 200c ad 25e. I also take 81mg baby aspirin daily when on ECY(a).

I'm a stim tolerant sob though (naturally), so take it with a grain of sand.

I'd be very careful dosing this as if you're not VERY accustomed to stimulants you need to quite slowly introduce yohimbine into the equation
