    Cutting thread, fast'N'furious.

    I'm starting a new thread because the old one is out-dated and I was too busy the last couple of months to continue my cutting, so I was probably eating at maintenance, and i've maintained my weight, so il resume my cutting regime from today, but more intensely I've been eating 2700-3300 calories, and im back now to 2000 and lost the extra water weight, etc.. and my went came back to what its supposed to be.

    I dont have a specific workout or eating routine, just specific calories and workout days, my main goal is fat loss for now, and to get down to atleast 160 pounds.

    I'll be posting daily/weekly updates on my workout routine, maybe include some photos from my meals and weekly i'll be posting my weight changes, Im cutting to around 600-1100 calories a day, so probably it should take me around 2 months to reach my goals, because I will have weekly re-feeds or even every 4th/5th day, im patient about it so no big deal.

    Photos will be added each week to monitor progress.

    (June 23rd):

    START WEIGHT: 173 Pounds, 78.5 Kilograms.
    BODYFAT: 18.5%
    DIET: I'm eating anywhere between 1500-1800 calories a day, shooting for atleast 120g - 140g protein a day.
    WORKOUT: I'm working out 3-5 days a week, depends on my schedule and everything.

    Stopped cutting at 1500, went to the doctor and seems that something 'stops functioning' in my body while eating too low (that does NOT mean that no one can cut at 1500, but for me.. its not possible, I do not lose weight, somehow some hormones misbalances or so, didnt get his point correctly, started again @2000, but now im feeling REALLY hungry), also stopped working out for the past 3 days, will begin again today!

    P.S.

    And yeah, my body stores more water @1500 (weight went up 5LBS).
