So I put up a thread about 2 months ago stating that I was done with cut at around 170-172lbs. But after a lot of good advice I decided to keep going going. I am now down to 162lbs. I did all of this with IIFYM that I discovered through Matt Ogus and Matty Fusaro. (Thanks guys). I was able to maintain more muscle than ever before on a cut and did it all while being able to still eat what I want. I even had 2 Poptarts for snack almost every night. I wasn't 100 percent perfect and I lost a little more quickly than I was supposed to...but I am still happy with the results. Lost almost 32lbs in 6 months.
6'1 196lbs
6'1 180lbs
6'1 172lbs
6'1 162lbs
I really don't want go any lighter than this as I am not competing. I plan to maintain for 1 week then up my calories but 50 to 100 and begin my bulk. I can't wait to get my strength back.
Also no leg pics as they are lagging as I neglected them the first few years. But not anymore. I am actually excited to see how much muscle weight I can gain this years from seriously training legs just as much as upper body.
