Any way to tell if you are in too much of a deficit besides weightloss?

Hey I am currently cutting at 1900 calories and according to my body media fit I burn about 2800-3000 a day.. I am about 179 lbs at 16/17% bf. Note I took about a 2-3 month diet break so I am going further into my cut down to 10% bf and I estimate ill be at 157-160 lbs. Think I should up my cals a bit as its a struggle to stay in a deficit.

    Not really.
May have a lack of energy. Feel hungry a lot. Strength gains may stall. But the first two may be because your body isn't use to the deficit. It'll eventually adapt. The last one may be due to over working.
