    The Form

Started bulking a few days ago. Wanted to get form checked by more experienced lifters.

    Squat 107.5kg

    Bench Press 72.5kg
Might be hard to see because of shorts but my butt didn't break contact with the bench.

    Deadlift 142.5kg PR
Lower back rounding. Hips seem kinda high, only realised whilst watching. Skip to 50 seconds, don't know how to edit out the footage.

So could someone with the knowledge please critique my technique. I feel like my deadlift technique is the worst of all of them. I draw air and get tight but its like my back just gives way under the weight.

    Thanks all

Well I wasnt really planning on starting a log. I just wanted an experienced lifters opinion on technique every now and again.
