what muscles do you think need more development specifically?..
these have been gains over 2 years although i have been on and off gym and have been taking it serious the last 4-6 months..
current stats.. 5ft6, 146lbs.

I think you've done great for 2 years. Biggest thing now that you have a nice build to work with is keep that diet clean, but make sure you're eating plenty. That along with some good chest and shoulder work and you'll be on a great path.

don't listen to any negative comments bro, because where you started should NOT be underestimated. You were skinny fat with NO base. So not only did you have to bulk up to get a foundation, but you also had to lean down to reveal it. We were both **** out of luck when we started.
Visually, you may not have changed actual size, but your appearance and body composition has definitely changed immensely.
Some mofo's out there already have a foundation from an active lifestyle and only have to do so much as we do. The other mofos are so skinny and only need to "eat a lot" and stay lean forever and only need to bulk. (not saying that situation easy, but... its easiER than hoursLOL) I appreciate your hard work because I am near my two year mark and my progress looks similar, if not worse than yours.
