I appreciate this question is a bit like asking how to sprint like Usain Bolt, but I absolutely love the insane bodyweight stuff that cmoore does - flags, muscle-ups, front levers, hand stand walks/press-ups etc.
With those things in mind as a target, does anyone have any suggestions for assistance work in addition to weighted dips and chins/pull-ups, and hanging leg raises?

Scrawny? Cmon now.
Gratuitous flag pic. I was at least 207 in this pic (fat for me) and was only able to hold it for a mere second, definitely not cmoore material. When I get to around 190 this summer I guarantee I'll hold it a lot longer. As for strapping a 45 lb. plate to my ass and attempting one, well not in this lifetime.

Will flags make me bigger? Will muscle ups make me bigger?
I'll pass. I don't really care to do them, nor do I think being able to do them will benefit me for my goals. That's just my opinion though. I respect someone that can do them, if that's their goal. One party system; Most Republicans are Democrats, but no Democrats are Republicans.

You need to go visit a suburban gym sometime. I read your comments about your stats being poor in another post and they are not. I was away on business not long ago and went to a gym near the hotel. That proved to be helpful to give me some insight. The bar gets set pretty high here. That is a great thing since it drives us, but at the same time you need to give yourself some credit. Cmoore is a machine and those videos of his are flat out cool, but he has been at it for a lot of years.

It is pretty amazing to see. I suppose you could get one incredible workout at the playground in your city park! It is a completely different animal. It's very 'gymnastic,' no? Watching a gymnast on the pommel horse, or the rings is incredible. I imagine that pound for pound, they're as strong as just about any athlete.

Gratuitous? Yes. Cool? Also yes! Nice one. Gonna get me some of this!
Thanks stranger! Where have you been?
In on flagging crew!
I completely get that they are not everyone's cup of tea.
Are they consistent with everyone's goals? Definitely not.
Do they have a purpose? Dunno really.
Are they cool? Yes, in my book.
My goal is to be able to do them for their own sake, not to make me bigger or anything else. Not even for show - I work out at home so only have myself to impress. I would just love to be able to do them. Also I do think they are a pretty awesome demonstration of body-weight/strength ratio...

Just saw this thread. Uhm Wow! Honored.
My thoughts on this:
-Traditional lifts (I generally do all of them too) will build the strength and foundation you need for the circus act nonsense.
-Aside from my lunges (which I believe can be a solid power/balance builder) I won't claim any of the stranger things I do lead to Mr.Olympia or really anything of note
-What the circus stuff does is make working out fun, keeps me from getting bored, and makes a simple game of Tag with my kids a whole new playground experience.
There are so many others on here I think would be better to emulate than me but I am happy to help share any ideas/techniques I can.

BTW, ^^^^this guy routinely Deadlifts way over 4 plates, Squats and Benches more than 3 plates, and Lunges-- LUNGES-- 3 plates.
And all the while at a body weight of less than 200 pounds, and a body fat percentage that's microscopic.
He's too modest to mention it himself, so I'll do it.No brain, no gain.
