So, I have reached my verdict.
This stuff does give you some pretty decent energy. I PR'd on overhead db press. Last week I did 80lbsx3 this week I did 80lbsx5. I would try this **** again.

I don't understand why you guys are finding this cool... It's literally caffeine + carbs. Nothing new or exciting, and i don't see how it would be stronger than a regular pre-workout.

tried it about an hour ago (srs), pretty damn wired, but it's just the caffeine I think. I don't drink coffee or take preworkouts, but here's what I just took:
-half can of regular off brand coke
-1 1/2 tbsp of instant coffee
Tasted like ****, drank about 80% of it, minus the foam. Definitely works, but since when has caffeine not given you energy. Definitely a strong buzz though, for cheeap.
