It did make a difference but I did not use coke nor regular instant coffee, my mind was a lot clearer and I broke 1 PR. However that day I drank 3 cups of coffee before dat dere Hyphy Mud.
Bought real instant coffee and real coke should be better now

I was lifting two weeeks on this stuff. It's has similar bodily properties as preworkout i.e. you'll get really amped, but build a tolerance over time. OP if you are up 27 hours after taking a serving of hyphy, you must be pre-workout virgin srs
I just tried this and I did have a great workout and my deadlifts did go up but I'm not sure if it was that because I didn't feel that caffeine rush I was looking for, I sleep about 5 hrs a day, I work full time and school part time and I'm one of those people that feel awful tired if they don't get at least 8. I swear I haven't tried any preworkout that wakes me and pumps me up. C4 did if for like the first week than nothing. Maybe tomorrow ill try two tbs. oh and it's not that bad if your used to strong coffee.
Tried today before workout. First 15 minutes I felt ****ty. Around 20 minutes post, the beast came out. Not saying it is a miracle formula or anything like that. I am a firm advocate of c4 BUT when money I tight, get right on that prison-pwo.
Didn't poop my brains out. Took a solid nap 2 hrs post workout. No jitters. No sickness. I COULD hear colors, not as bad as you think. All you dudes saying you couldn't sleep and stuff, there is really only one question I have: Do you even lift bro? Smash up the weight room and kill yourself, no matter the PWO and you will sleep.
