Ive been on a slow clean bulk for a while now and I feel like I'm eating a **** ton of food but my weight has stopped increasing these past few months. I was eating around 3700 a day but now I'm gonna have to bump it up to 4000. I only weigh 147. So just wondering, how many calories do you guys eat a day to bulk?

I don't think fast metabolisms exist at all, no scientific evidence suggests one's metabolism might be a lot higher than another's considering that, 1 pound of muscle always burns the same calories, whether on a 16 year old body or a 60 year old body (the reason age is supposed to lower metabolism -1% every 10 years is because of muscle loss) and metabolic rate among individuals seems to be well distributed in the population with not big variations. There's only an explanation to what some refer as "high metabolism" i.e. high activity, whether intentional (sport, walking a lot, clubbing on weekend) or not (walking when talking on the phone, swinging legs when sitting, taking stairs...)
Also higher TDEE doesn't have much to do with calories to gain. In order words 500 extra calories should produce the same gains whether your TDEE is 2000 calories or 4000 calories, so it's actually physiologically impossible to have a TDEE of 4000 calories but needing 6000-12000 calories to gain.

1. List what you currently eat in a day OP, I doubt you eat as much as you think and not gaining weight. Unless you're doing a bunch of cardio/activity.
2. Depends, if I'm active..if it's cycling season and I'm riding frequently.. my appetite skyrockets.. so I'm usually in the 4-5k range (if I bother to count).

I doubt it, unless you're a football soccer player, being teen has nothing to do with having abnormally high for one's weight BMR. I think either you miscounted something or you were expecting gains too quick (most people can't build more than 2 pounds of muscle a month) and are finally seeing them now because you're gaining fat, hence weights is increasing faster.
