    Arrow Questions regarding cutting

Im fluctuating between 192-195lbs with around 13-15% body fat. Id like to drop down to about 8% after I am done bulking for the summer. Other than when I was a kid my body fat was never lower than probably 11% even though I used to play sports for hours at a time, constantly. I never had a cutting diet but I feel like it would be very hard for me to lose fat because I never seemed to get more cut even when I thought I wasnt eating much throughout the day yet playing soccer for 18+ hours a week. At 193 with 13-15% BF that would leave me with about 25-28lbs of fat. I would have to lose around 10-13lbs to be at 8% which would leave me at about 183lbs. The questions I had regarding cutting are:

Since I feel like I have never lost fat throughout the years, would it be necessary for me to take a fat burner supp.? I know its not necessary but would it make it a lot easier? (I was probably burning 1500 calories a day just playing soccer while I was eating probably 2500 calories or less with no fat loss)

How many calories should I be eating a day?

To minimize muscle loss, would I continue my bulking routine or change to another routine?

    Thanks!

    1. Fat burner supplements are NEVER "necessary". The best "fat burner" is going to be your calorie deficit.
    2. Calorie intake? Read the stickies.
    3. If you want to minimize "muscle loss", keep your deficit no greater than 500.. keep protein high.
