    Need help with deadlifting form

    I did deadlifts for the first time the other day and I'm extremely sore. It's hard to bend down and tie my shoes and its hard to get out of bed. I'm assuming that I'm not supposed to be this sore, so I feel like I might have pulled my back. I'm having trouble with form so I'd like some advice on my form.     These are terrible, but not likely to cause injury. You're almost certainly experiencing muscle soreness/DOMS.

    I think you are experiencing normal muscle fatigue when it comes to this. This is normal when doing extreme exercises and advanced techniques. Make sure you are taking glutamine to help with the fatigue and soreness. that will help you out a lot. Also try icing your areas of soreness at night for a few hours.
