    Exercise for muscle between legs?

    Is there any exercise for this muscle? In case you might not know the area I mean; it is the one that is found between your legs, between your package and your butt. I was hoping maybe if I work this muscle out I can help mitigate the rubbing that I am getting in my thighs.

    Deadlifts and squats wotk this area plenty. Make sure you stretch that area too. The muscles are called adductors, and they really add to your thigh circumference

    I think you misunderstanding a little bit. My problem is that the thighs are rubbing together when I walk since I do deadlift and squat. I was thinking that if I worked the muscle between the groin and butt that is in the middle of the legs it would cause my legs to be spread out more and so less rubbing. Is that a correct assessment? And are the adductors that muscle?

    You will make the problem worse by doing that. If you don't want your thighs to rub together, you have to STRETCH you adductors, and strengthen your abductors, like gluteus medius.

    Yeah that would be a good one...or you can wrap a theraband around your legs and do open clam exercises which would be the same motion.

    Walking lunges will hit those muscles really good. On leg days just grab some dumbells and do walking lunges around your gym till your legs can't take it anymore. I usually walk from one side and back 3 times resting a few minutes between sets. I can defiantly feel that muscle being worked!!!
