Is there any exercise for this muscle? In case you might not know the area I mean; it is the one that is found between your legs, between your package and your butt. I was hoping maybe if I work this muscle out I can help mitigate the rubbing that I am getting in my thighs.

I think you misunderstanding a little bit. My problem is that the thighs are rubbing together when I walk since I do deadlift and squat. I was thinking that if I worked the muscle between the groin and butt that is in the middle of the legs it would cause my legs to be spread out more and so less rubbing. Is that a correct assessment? And are the adductors that muscle?
