i'm not into the macro's. Or the im gonna get fat bulking. My diet is pretty simple
everyday, saturdays i do a cheat hour but still eat all 7 meals
MEAL ONE
-8 egg whites, 1/4 cup cream of rice
MEAL TWO
-8oz. chicken breast, 2 cups spinach, dice up and mix as salad. 1 tblsppon olive oil, little vinegar and pepper for taste
MEAL THREE
-8 oz ground turkey, 4 oz. sweet potato
MEAL FOUR
-" same as meal # 2"
MEAL FIVE
-8 oz. ground turkey, 4 oz. sweet potato
MEAL SIX
-8 oz 96% lean ground sirloin, 1 tblspoon p.butter, or 15 raw almonds
MEAL SEVEN

i didnt make this diet myself i had my teams coach help me, we tweeked it and got it right for me, everyones is different i dont suggest using this diet and thinking you will get the same results. You can build off it but you need to make the diet whats best for you

looks great. I want to do a physique show myself eventually, but i still have extra fat to lose on my transformation. your diet looks low in carbs, does that help keep the midsection lean'd out?
Year 1 complete of lifting. Total weight lost = 32 lbs.

No scale in this house lol. The gym has one tho I'm pretty sure.
Weight is meaningless to me just like how much I lift. I don't care how much I weigh or how much I can lift all I am interested in is my physique.

thanks arms have always been my dominate feature even when I was younger, I haven't had an arm day in over two years now. I don't do them because they're pushing it in physique and I'm trying to be balanced lol.
I have been working out since I was about 20. Took from 23 to 26 off. For the last two years I have been working out consistently with a good diet.Instagram/Twitter @RealYBM

Tuesday shoulder

I was training on Sundays with my team doing crossfit but we are done for the year. I need to pick that up by myself
Everything I do is 12reps 4 sets and 4 different exercises. I do two exercises at a time and do both one after another without resting. My workouts never go over 45mins.
