Feminists blame patriarchy for this. Patriarchy is a societal structure where men have all the institutional power. Thus they are blaming men for these grievances.
When these grievance are not men's fault but are attributed as such it is akin to hatred of men (that is they blame men for being men rather than for being part of the problem).
