Avocado has "healthy" fats, but I've never understood what that means tbh. I know it's also high in fibre.
Banana's are high in potassium, but potatoes are higher and contain more fibre, so other than taste and convenience potatoes are superior.
Salmon is high in protein and I'm not sure what else your going for there.
Other than fat's and fibre I don't know anything about almonds.
General greens? Pretty much covers all of your daily vitamins as well as fibre and protein.
But I don't think you "need" any one of these OP. Can get more potassium from potatoes and sweet potatoes than from bananas, more protein for less fat from other types of fish, etc. Just make your diet workEat Right. Lift Heavy. Be a Fat Manlet.

all those foods have high potassium, as i said before there's heaps of others but these are my favourites. i don't really like white potato's but i eat a lot of sweet potato which is also lower in GI.
i know you can get more potassium from potato's but i prefer to eat a variety of foods which leads to keeping my diet interesting, if you eat the same chit all day everyday it gets boring then you will want to binge out on junk food more often.you mad because i'm right?

Eat all of that stuff daily. Sockeye salmon, Mahi Mahi, sometimes Ahi tuna (all wild caught), organic 100% grassfed beef, organic eggs, pasture based butter for cooking (grassfed), coconut oil as well, blueberries and bananas (you dun goof'd leaving out blueberries), organic baby spinach, kale and beets, raw local honey, high quality fish oil. Avocado of course. Lots of onions and bell peppers (you dun goof'd leaving these out as well). And lastly, if I am craving sweets, I have a small snack of high quality, organic dark chocolate with high cacao content and almond butter.
