    all those foods have high potassium, as i said before there's heaps of others but these are my favourites. i don't really like white potato's but i eat a lot of sweet potato which is also lower in GI.
    i know you can get more potassium from potato's but i prefer to eat a variety of foods which leads to keeping my diet interesting, if you eat the same chit all day everyday it gets boring then you will want to binge out on junk food more often.

    Fish is too much of a hassle to weigh/cook accurately. Same with nuts, that's why I don't include them. I'm OCD about my cals lol. I don't eat greens out of pure laziness tho

    Eat all of that stuff daily. Sockeye salmon, Mahi Mahi, sometimes Ahi tuna (all wild caught), organic 100% grassfed beef, organic eggs, pasture based butter for cooking (grassfed), coconut oil as well, blueberries and bananas (you dun goof'd leaving out blueberries), organic baby spinach, kale and beets, raw local honey, high quality fish oil. Avocado of course. Lots of onions and bell peppers (you dun goof'd leaving these out as well). And lastly, if I am craving sweets, I have a small snack of high quality, organic dark chocolate with high cacao content and almond butter.
