As dumb as it may sound I didnt notice that 60g is pretty small when I ordered. I was expecting the bars to be as big as the other protein bars sold on bbing.com (ie supreme bars). Yes the macros are still good but I expected the chocolate brownie flavor to taste better. I had high expectations and I must say that the homemade bars I make taste alot better.

Don't judge them off Choc Brownie. Get a more popular flavor. I highly recommend PB Cups (just don't expect Reese's clones). Out of the "bars" I think I enjoyed Banana Nut Muffin, Apple Pie and CCCD the most.

Why waste calories?
#question"There is no question that belts assist in generating a few more Newton-meters (or foot-pounds) of torque in the torso through elastic recoil of a bent orso that is stiffened with a belt. However, if a neutral spine is preserved throughout the lift this effect is minimal. In other words, to obtain the maximal effect from a belt, the lifter must lift poorly and in a way that exposed the back to a much higher risk of injury!”

You chose the worst tasting one. I was upset as well when I had that one... Until I tried chocolate chip cookie dough. OMG that is the best pre-workout bar if you're in a hurry yum! I also like cinnamon, strawberry shortcake, lemon, peanut butter supreme... There all good really except for chocolate brownie lol. I still wanna try the new quest version Reese's cups!

the brownie sucked and cinnamon roll wasnt that great.
best by far and blows every bar on the market away is the chocolate chip cookie dough. greatest thing i ever placed in my mouth. If they werent so damn expensive id have 200 bars sitting my house right now. sad thing is they woul probably be gone in a month easily. NO JOKESPRING CUTTERS CREW

I personally enjoyed Chocolate Brownie. Still think it is one of the top flavors, though I have not tried CCCD yet. (Tried almost every other flavor)
