thinking of trying DAA , what else should be taken with it?
I'm looking to put together a suppliment package for a 90 day routine. I guess you would call it a stack. Something with DAA ,some creatine, and maybe some other goodies and a good multi.
what would be a good effective combo of products that won't break the bank for a 90 day supply?
I've only really ever taken creatine, multi vitamins, whey protien and liver tabs. Don't really no much about all these new fancy products.
thanks

I found the on-sale list on bb.com
looking at trying the bb.com's alpha protocol and some CL orange triad both are on sale...and have what I'm looking for..
also they are 60 day supplys so I think I'll be looking at 60 day supplys for everything else as well.
I'm looking through the onsale products for some of those ingrediants, not seeing much for on sale creatine though...
any help looking for good add on's from the on sale list would be greatly appreciated.
thanks for the info, I'm looking into the suggested stuffs

I can't find the ( Erase ) stuff , what is it?
yeah not much stuff on the sale list is that much of a sale, but the alpha protocol and orange triad look like a good deal for a DAA and a multi...
I'm not to keen on protien shakes, I much prefere to eat food, I probably will pick up some beverly ultra 40 liver tabs though, I love liver tabs

Don't get con-cret. Get creatine Monohydrate. (cheapest/most effective form of creatine). Also, fish oil should be something everyone should take.
As far as D-Aspartic Acid goes: I have lower testosterone than average. With DAA I have definitely noticed an increase in energy during training as well as an increase in libido that I do not think is placebo.I don’t recommend worrying about an Anti-Estrogen product because Estrogen is necessary for muscular growth. ( you can take my advice for what its worth) However, when using DAA I recommend you try to naturally increase your testosterone through diet/lifestyle. Make sure you check out examine.com and Layne Norton's podcast about testosterone on muscle college radio for some great info.
You can also read my supplement philosophy on my profile for some of my suggestions if you want. Either way the 3 biggest supplements are train hard eat hard sleep hard. I don't really beielve in "overtraining"
Good luck to you sirFocused Fitness

I've tried regular old creatine mono and also kre-alka , I thought they worked about the same , I just had much less water bloat on the kre-alk. I never tried creatine HCL so I figure its worth a try, different things work for differnt people differently as for fish oil, I eat plenty of salmon and herring. As much and more than a suppliment would give me.
and overtraining is very real.
I want to try an anti estrogen anyways, there is so much estrogen based hormones pumped into the food supply. that I'm sure its part of all the health problems arising in the population. from mental to physical
Thanks everyone I think I got my stack planned out

If not monohydrate i like Green magnitude, Creignite also has a good profile, if you're set for HCL i'd look into Creacore.
I'm not a fan of the liver stuff, prefer other free form BCAA/EAA powder supp. better, you'll probably have to take quite a few tabs to get relevant EAA.
Stack shouldn't be an issue for a healthy person.

I'll look into some other forms of creatine, not trully set on HCL but I'd like to try something else in the new creatine forms, I don't like the water bloat of mono, so really I'm looking for something other than mono and kre-alk thats a good price and quality.
liver tabs have so much more to them than just protien and aminos...they give me a good bit of an energy boost .and honestly I like the taste, I actually will chew them up like Vince Gironda recomended lol.
I also prefere to take everthing in pills and or caps , tablets, thats why I was looking at the con-cret, because it can come in caps also...mixing shakes all the time is something I loath,,,much easier to throw a bunch of pills in a ziplock and have them handy at all times

^this is true. but for the most part I think people worry about overtraining way to much. I mean yeah you still should listen to your body, if it is telling you to take it easy then get some rest. But if you are eating enough and sleeping enough overtraining shouldn't be a problem. If you get sore that doesn't necessarily mean slow down either if you continue you might just find that your body will adapt and grow. in the words of CT Fletcher: "F* you overtraining mother F*ers!" haha but good luck it sounds like you got this pretty much planned out.

I agree with the "overtraining is worried about too much" view, as well. Look at any professional athlete, including olympic lifters and powerlifters. You see these guys in the gym for hours, often times hitting the same muscle groups with such brutality that most "hardcore" gym goers would wince at and instantly claim "overtraining!" But what happens? They recover, and getting better and better at their craft day by day. Eventually yes, they are beaten up and take a break, but it just goes to show what the human body can handle when properly fueled and rested

I have only ever heard good things about erase and daa. But daa does not promote enough estrogen or prolactin to worry about unless you already have issues with your hormones. You should have no problem with solo daa. As far as the others, I would get a multi, fish oil, bulk creatine and some whey if you need the protein. Done right it can all be reasonably priced.

I like to take hghpro for better sleep that can help reduce the possible mild prolactin increase, which doesnt seem to be much of an issue anyways with daa.( and Im going my a friends bloodwork)
other things ive stacked with daa, stoked (reseveratrol), testopro.
There are many things you can stack with Daa. Some people like to stack an ai, like erase, with it, Ive rpersonally never had to stack an ai with it, and Ai's seem to make my joints worse so I generally stay away from them. I used to take them 5-8 years ago and joints would be fine, years of heavy training have taken their tollDisclaimer: The above post is my personal opinion and does not represent the official position of any company or entity.
