Cant imagine that would taste much different than the strawberry cheesecake they already have. There isn't much cheesecake flavor to it at all.

Ive tried nearly every flavor so far and they are all quite good. Best of all, Quest bars seem to digest very well for me and sit lightly, I look forward to the new flavors!
