And he is on FB now talking about how he "outsmarted" Layne and his law team and people are actually buying into his BS. Some people are idiots.
Yeah, a grown man who dressed in very cheap, awful "spartan" clothes. proclaiming to go to war, outsmarted a very expensive legal team.
Don't know why people listen to Jason. Obviously he is bound to have a bit of knowledge. He doesn't do anything, so he has 24 hours to sit on the internet, looking through studies and playing Dungeons and Dragons in fancy dress. Doesn't necessarily make him smart.Sports Science & Health Undergraduate

The response video of Blaha. I don't know what to say really, telling Layne to get councelling or bragging about death threats plus accusing him of lying.
Just ridiculous and sad.1/2014 [5/2014] (Goal for 2014)

Watched Laynes last night and Blahahahas this morning..
Personally I don't care who uses and doesn't use, but It's extremely hard to take advice from a clown parading around like Blaha. Everything Layne says could be a complete lie, and I'd still take his word over Blaha. He's worked hard to get where he is and I respect that. He also has very smart people back him up, reputable companies, lawyers and a judge backing up his word. Wheres Jason's hard work beyond riding coat tails to small time fame?
Using sociological markers of lying to form your entire argument doesn't fly.

People are threatening to kill Jason over this? People were threatening Layne and his family? Seriously? It’s the internet folks.
Layne said that Jason had tens of thousands of subscribers. I actually had to take a look and honestly I was shocked to see that Jason has over 28,000 subscribers. Layne has 44,000. Although some are overlap, it is clear that over 50,000 people are aware of this drama. I really had no idea how many people were into this.

Just watched Blaha's response vid. That guy is a piece of work. If I had hair to pull out I was going to if I heard him over enunciate another word.......such as anxiety. Notice how he says his fans are welcome to believe whatever they want about the allegations in Layne's videos yet doesn't himself deny any of it. He says people are spending $30k over him. What is this referring to? He can't be making $30k from youtube could he?

What amazes me is that he still talks about the situation like it was all made up yet he couldn't be bothered to show up and state his case in court? Layne took all his talk and stuffed it right up his azz. This just goes to show that people's alternate reality, no matter how real to them, is not truly reality.
That makes more sense.Last edited by MASSter; 02-25-2014 at 09:04 AM.

^^ X2. I am curious as to how the lawyers will pursue this. Not sure about how thinks work in the UK, but in the USA, the lawyers would take steps to enforce the judgement. As an example, if Jason owned property (a house), they would place a lien on it, so that Jason would never be able to sell the house until he paid off the court judgment. It may take years, but the lien would be out there. Another option is garnishing his wages. My understanding is that Jason is on some type of disability, so it may not be able to be garnished. The money from the youtube hits is probably the place the lawyers are looking first.

After viewing jasondb's 'reply' vid on ********, it's difficult for me to believe that someone 40 years old (or whatever) could be so naïve/unaware of the law, and of how all of this will continue on to it's legal conclusion. Either he's clueless or else he's delusional. This issue is far from over for him.

I maintain that they are both idiots. I don't buy for a minute that Layne was legitimately frightened by a single vague threat made on a youtube message board as to why he initiated his lawsuit. I can see that he was trying to defend his reputation, but I doubt he incurred any real damage from a youtube fight. At the same time, Jason is/was a giant douche throughout the whole thing and really should have sought legal council once the whole ordeal started to blow up. I never expected that this thing would have seen the inside of a courtroom, but Jason made it pretty easy for the judge by not even showing up to court.
