Whether you are a college student or father of 4, everyone would like to save a buck when it comes to buying bodybuilding food. It's one of the biggest expenses of living the bodybuilding lifestyle. G Diesel had the idea of coming up with the challenge of how far we could stretch a buck and still meet our dietary needs. We sent big Ev out to the supermarket with only $50 to buy, cook and prepare a week's worth of bodybuilding meals. Full video coming soon, here is the trailer:

Same here, but the cost of living here is pretty low. You could easily get chicken, veggies (sweet potatoes are dirt cheap, and you'd just need a few crowns of broccoli), oats, maybe even some steak and greek yogurt. Sounds pretty good to me. Might even be able to get eggs, especially if you don't buy so much steak.
edit - oh, and brown rice and beans are super low cost but a great source of carbs and fiber. A week's worth is probably like $3-8 depending on brand and how much you eat.
edit 2 - come to think of it, that's not bad at all. Spices last a really long time, too, so you know you might lose out a little on food for one week but then have spices for like a month or two.

"I don't believe in following any one training style. I couldn't tell what DC or H.I.T. or FST-7 entail. I have no clue and really don't give a ****. I go to the gym to train hard. I don't need to follow a ****ing "program" to do that." - Evan Centopani
