    Heart - help

    Okay guys. I have been going well lately, really proud of what I do last weeks. Even though that I do feel some pain in my heart sometimes. I don't really have an idea what it is. I'm into intensive workouts, I'm 25 years old, & sometimes I take pre-workouts. I just started doing some spider curls powersetted with ez bar biceps exercise, only to do it twice and to go home because it started hurting..

    Since a week or two I have a fulltime job in which I personally involve a lot of coffee (3-4 cups a day where I normally drank almost none), plus the supplements I used were Dorian Yates, NO-XPLODE, and this morning I took some black cats. Do you think my body can't handle the dose of cafeïne?

    If not, what can it be?

    What was the spacing of your caffeine intake? I mean, are you taking Black cats and 4 cups of coffee in the morning? Or is it spread out evenly?

    Well this morning I had black cats directly before training and 3 cups of tea.

    It's just weird, it could be stress but my body is overreacting, and I wasn't doing a lot at the gym at all. I had barely started..

    I did notice several times that when I took something with caffeïne my body did this. Dorian Yates left my heart tripping a lot. Black cats now do it to me. Also a lot of coffee didn't do me good. But I'm not sure of it being the main reason. I'm not at all feeling like I have any physical things that could cause this to my heart because I'm like really fit overall.

    You need to drink more water with you caffeine intake. Taking black cats with coffe and tea probably isn't the best thing then pushing your body that hard.
