Both those treadmills and any in that price range are s h i t. That is what everyone else is saying too. Buying any treadmill in this price range would be a waste of money.
Not to mention that if you are unwilling to make time to go to the gym and are uninterested in spending what you need to to get a good treadmill you will be very unlikely to use it and it will just gather dust. Everyone who has posted in this thread has attempted to communicate to you that both of the options you mentioned are pure garbage. You would be much better off buying a pair of sneakers and walking or running outside. Sneakers are even cheaper than the pieces of junk you posted links to, and will last you much longer.

Lol. Running outside would be so much better for you. I agree. Just buy the treadmill with handles. That way, when your belt sticks after 9 times using the treadmill, you'll have something to reach out for before falling straight down.
