    I was supplementing with Gaba, Melatonin and Valerian Root switching the Melatonin and Gaba every other night to get some sleep. I did this for a year or so before I found something that has been working. When I started supplementing with ErgoTest I started sleeping through the night and I had some crazy dreams. Then I tried some ErgoZzz and was out. Deep sleep and no groggy feeling in the morning. So for the past couple of months I take 3 ErgoZzz's whenever I want to sleep and it has been working. Its so affordable compared to all the other things I had to take to get some sleep. Seriously check it out. Heres a link ---> ErgoZzz

    I didn't find any of these supplements very effective. ... dosage, but over time it regulates my sleep so I can fall asleep when I need to because I get a deeper sleep. ... Also, it will help you out in the gym for increasing strength.

    In the brain and periphery...GABA is an inhibitory NT regardless, though almost all of its action is localized to the brain. If it hits central GABA-A receptors, you get mood effects as well (as seen in benzos and such). But be thankful that supplemental GABA doesn't hit GABA-A to any significant degree centrally...it's the only form of withdrawal that can kill you (alcohol, benzos, barbs)

    OP, id stay away from melatonin for any extended use... 1-2 nights here and there is ok. Your body naturally produces it so if you regularly supp with it, your body will produce less and less (I think). Might be bro science so can anyone confirm?

    anyways, I really like iForce LiGHts out + ZMA... stuff puts me on my butt at night and I love it.

    NOW foods sells 170 grams of gaba on here for 10ish dollars and when I take it I wake up far less at night. When I do its just to take a piss, it works for some and does nothing for others. I occassionally take 3 to 4 grams a half hour before bed.

    The two I enjoyed the most were Animal PM, VERY deep sleep, but sometimes a little groggy in the morning. This only happened a few times though. My favorite was MAN Sports REM PM. Only one capsule was needed which makes it extremely cost effective. Deep sleep, refreshed in the morning and felt very calm.

    Formutech REM8.0 knocked me out good man. If I ever need a sleep formula totally buying that. I've used ZMA, melatonin and a couple sleep aid products but nothing has worked like REM8.0

    Just to clarify, I am seeking a supplement (or advice?) to SUSTAIN sleep. Getting to sleep is not the problem, rather it is the issue of waking up after several hours, and then falling in and out of sleep for the remainder of my rest.
