your natural V-shape is genetic, your frame pretty much decides how much V you have
you can improve it by
cutting down to a low bf%
working on your obliques (don't blow them up though) to make you look more tapered from the front (lower torso)
working on lats (upper torso)
and always delts. they make you look wider on topsig line can't be a novel crew. and I'll be banned if I make it a novel again
