The US military has fight organizations that allow active members to train and fight, most of the guys in those organizations come to MMA trainers to learn how to fight. We would have people in the military come and learn different techniques. Even the ones that didn't participate in MMA, I think it was a required course for most of the guys.Brock Lesnar would destroy most of the people I have ever trained with and he would easily destroy any navy seal. In a bare fist fight I would hate to see what someone like Lesnar could do to a person if he was fighting for his life. Just thinking about sickens me. (srs)

Seals are obviously tough boys and can handle themselves in a scrap, but Brock Lesnar is a trained combat athlete. He's not a skier or a skater lol he's a FIGHTER. Military guys tend to get good-not-great hand to hand training and I imagine the rest is guns and what to do in the battlefield.

well anyone with proper punching technique would have a decent punch, MMA fighters arent superhumans with other wordly KO power. If the average 90kg seal that can throw a punch catches Lesnar in the face he will be in trouble.

That being said its unlikely to happen, Lesnar will most likely shoot and smother. In your bare fist fight scenario Lesnar wouldnt even be that bad of an opponent in terms of damage done, imagine what a manhoef, vovchanchyn or a dos santos would do to an average joe.

Brock is optimised for hardcore brawling, SEALs are optimised for aquatic assaults with firearms and explosives. The two skill sets hardly intersect.
