    my keto deit

    6ft 180 lbs

    1. 3 eggs and 3 bacon

    2. almonds

    3. 3 eggs and 3 bacon

    4. Whey protein after workout

    5. Chicken breast with one think slice of cheese

    6 Chicken breast 1 thick slice of cheese


    my last meal somtimes im gonna rotate with some tuna!

    pleaz tell me wat should i change if anything!

    And my thrid meal wat can i replace it with!

    add you some dextrose post workout to replinish your muscle glycogen so u can get thru the next day's. The general consensus seems to agree with about 30g dextrose w/ your shake consumed post workout only.

    As far as meal #3, try a salad with some ranch dressing and bacon bits and egg.

    dextrose

    \Dex"trose`\, n. [See Dexter.] (Chem.) A sirupy, or white crystalline, variety of sugar, C6H12O6 (so called from turning the plane of polarization to the right), occurring in many ripe fruits. Dextrose and levulose are obtained by the inversion of cane sugar or sucrose, and hence called invert sugar. Dextrose is chiefly obtained by the action of heat and acids on starch, and hence called also starch sugar. It is also formed from starchy food by the action of the amylolytic ferments of saliva and pancreatic juice.

    I've been using grape juice until I get my hands on some. It's dirt cheap and can be found online everywhere. Some beermaking stores are supposed to have it, too.
