Question Whey Protein with milk vs. Casein before bed.

What do you folks think about taking whey protein with milk (Gold Standard Whey btw) versus taking a Casein protein. Seems to me like it would be pretty much the same thing and would save me some $$ but just wondering what your opinions are. Thanks.

I don't have either, but if I did I would choose whey solely because I prefer the texture and it is cheaper.

Other than personal preference, there is no reason why you should have one rather than the other (or either) before bed.

You will see no difference from either choice. Choose what protein you like to hit your macros.

You don't specifically need protein powder before bed. You can just eat food also, no reason for a supplement. If you want to save money look into VPX Syngex, 91 servings for 54.99 for the Vanilla Flavor.
