    Getting Bigger Arms

I feel my arms are lacking, so I want to start training them three times throughout the week. However I still want to be able to train my chest and back twice a week and my legs once a week because I have always had muscular legs (but I may substitute either chest or back another leg day later on). I'm having a little trouble with finding a good training split that would fit that criteria within a six day training split. Any suggestions?

This is what I came up with for editing:

    Monday: Triceps/Biceps/Abs

    Tuesday: Chest/Shoulders/Traps

    Wednesday: Back/Triceps/Biceps

    Thursday: Legs/Abs

    Friday:Chest/Shoulders/Triceps

    Saturday: Back/Traps/Biceps

    Sunday: Off

    Cardio: 2-3 days a week

I don't try and hit 'arms' which comparibly are such a small mirror muscle in order to make them bigger. I'd look to add mass to your frame hitting the compounds, particularly deads, pull ups, dips, bench, ohp. My arms are bigger since I stopped doing a lot of needless isolation.

People always say "oh well I have big legs anyway". It's just a bit of a nonsense. I squat 2 sometimes 3 times over a 7 day period. It's a fantastic exercise and I'd choose it any day vs a bicep curl to develop the physique I want.

This looks like it will be really easy to burn out. Instead of hitting your arms 3 days a week, I would hit them once a week and eat more. At 6'2 and 160, I wouldn't expect much for arms.

@ 6'2'' and 161 lbs, you will never have big arms, arms come alongside with total body weight, you need to get big to have big arms.
