    Smile 5'5" 130 lbs, 19 y.o. BF % estimate.

    Hi, looking for a quick BF% estimate. 5'5" 130 lbs. Former HS distance runner (don't h8). Typical result of ****ty freshman health habits.

    Waist is 30", calculators give me about 15%....maybe too generous, i dunno. Enough to cut? or bulk more? Pics attached. THANX!!

    Yea man id go with a bulk until Christmas at least... Then cut for next years summer... Also id say 15-17%

    Honestly, 15% doesn't seem that out of line, just you have little underneath it. Clean bulk.

    Pretty dark pics, but definately bulk. Few hundred calories over maintenance and lift heavy. If you're looking for abs, I really wouldn't advise cutting for them. You would look much better with some mass, hit those core muscles while at a caloric surplus.

    16% IMO, hard to tell without any lean mass. I hope you're doing a 5x5 or SS program and doing a longggg slow bulk up at least 20-30 pounds. Watch your calories and make sure to try to beat last lift's reps/weight everday, and youll get big in no time. EAT EAT EAT lift HEAVY
