If you're struggling to eat 56g of protein a day, then you're in trouble. If you're 185 lbs, you should be eating a minimum of 150g of protein a day. Good sources of protein: Chicken, Beef, Turkey, Milk, Peanuts and Peanut Butter(also good source of fat) and if you have too, you can take Whey.

OP - on the offchance that you aren't trolling, people who are aiming to fatigue their muscles and grow them beyond their original size need a lot higher circulating amino acids than the average Joe - review the macro calculation sticky thread for an explanation of where the recommendation is derived from.

It's good that you try to limit your carbs and fats, because as you stated, they make you fat. I'd try to eliminate them completely if possible. Also try to limit your proteins as well, as its a well known fact that protein poisons your kidneys. If possible, eliminate them as well.
