    Should I take Glutamine pre-workout or post-workout?

I take it with carbs and protein in both cases, but should I add glutamine in before or after working out? Thanks

also on the bottle it says to take 2-3 time a day on an empty stomach, on training days it says to take it right after workout. is it ok if i put the glutamine with protein? It says to take on an empty stomach so im not sure. Thanks again

Do you have L-glutamine or Glutamine peptides? L glutamine is free form which is best taken on an empty stomach, but if you have Glutamine peptides its best taken with protein shake or food. I take glutamine pills right after I work out, while leaving the gym. So that once I get home (5 min drive) it should already been absorbed.
