I stopped training my biceps for about 7 months, I just got bored with it, and felt that my shoulders needed to catch up. Well, I started training them again with my husband about three weeks ago. They've grown, and I'm pretty happy about it, so here's my brag post.

Thank you. Unlike most people on this site, I don't follow a routine. I train legs once a week(I used to train them twice, but I wasn't recovering quick enough.) One week I focus on squats, and the next week I focus on deadlifts. But I do 4 or 5 exercises each leg day, and I do five sets of each exercise (unless it feels really good, and then sometimes I do more.) Honestly, I just do what feels good, or what I'm in the mood to do. I usually always throw in a lunge variation on leg day though(either walking lunges, stationary lunges, or walking overhead lunges.) Here recently I've been trying to master pistol squats, but I haven't quite managed to do one without assistance yet.
I've already written a book, and I apologize, I have a journal that I haven't been updating, but if you check it out you can see what my leg days look like. I train legs on Sundays, and sometimes I do a few leg exercises on Thursdays.
