Thank you. Unlike most people on this site, I don't follow a routine. I train legs once a week(I used to train them twice, but I wasn't recovering quick enough.) One week I focus on squats, and the next week I focus on deadlifts. But I do 4 or 5 exercises each leg day, and I do five sets of each exercise (unless it feels really good, and then sometimes I do more.) Honestly, I just do what feels good, or what I'm in the mood to do. I usually always throw in a lunge variation on leg day though(either walking lunges, stationary lunges, or walking overhead lunges.) Here recently I've been trying to master pistol squats, but I haven't quite managed to do one without assistance yet.Originally Posted by CuteAliveGuys
