Bubs how'd you make your protein oats? All the times I've tried it I literally can't finish it (and believe me I will eat ANYTHING and I'm so poor I can't waste food.. so you know something's off when I can't eat something). I really wanna love it!

Spirit started good today and stayed good all day
I weigh them and put the oats and protein in Tupperware. Add water slowly to mix until preferred consistency. Leave in fridge over night. Eat post workout. About 12 hours later.

Wednesday - July 10th, 2013
DAY 24 - PEAK 400 + CON-CRET
Took my Peak 400 and Con-Cret on the drive from work.
Straight to the gym for Cardio Intervals class. Sweatiest. Session. Yet. Oh yeaahhh!!!
They installed a pull up bar in a door frame down in the "pit" where we do the class. So, I knocked out some chins during a few of the rest intervals. Got my HR higher doing those than at a SINGLE station in the class. More proof for me that more cals are burned during weight training than cardio. Dig it!!!
Annnnd, let the countdown begin!!! Home screen set with the amazing Amanda Latona for motivation.
I finally made the mental commitment to compete at TN State Show on Aug. 10th. Not sure what my hold up has been, but I just wasn't ready...not focused. I've been killing it in the gym, but my diet has been FAR from 'on point' ugh. Something just clicked today. I'm ALL IN!!
