    Thumbs down

The hardest part of working out is not too workout. Especially when you're really into it. It's tempting to do something everyday but without any kind of rest, you'll get no where, overtrain, possibly get inured, get bored and eventually give it up.

Keep that hunger by working out with something like a 3 day split or 2 full body workouts a week. You'll look forward to working out that way and will give it more effort because of the time you have to wait before you workout again. Which by the way, is the time you would be growing.

    Good luck.

hey bro, i rememebr u started doing full body workouts 3-4times a week. how did that go. i want to try doing it in the 12-15 reps range for a few months, because I am just getting back into lifting after a 8 month layoff (and pervious to that i only lifted for a few months anyway), and so I thought this might be a good way to introduce my muscles to lifting and get the neural pathways into gear, and also build overall muscle.

    whats your opinion bro?
Kill me. You must. For I will not stop.
