    fukked up my rotator cuff, what do?

    I was arm wrestling earlier today and for the past couple of hours ive been feeling very slight constant pain in my right RC. give me some tips for a speedy recovery, do I use hot therapy or cold therapy?

    I don't usually reply to reds, but injuries suck.

    Don't use cold therapy, let the inflammation do it's thing.

    Use compression (wrap a theraband or something around it tightly),
    mobilize it to what you can,
    unimpinge it if needed.

    Take care of your shoulders and stop being a *******. Do the research.

    find some mud in ur back yard or somthing mix it with water to make a sticky solution, apply to injured area of body and wait 1 hour for it to dry and turn into a mold always works for me gets rid of all my rotator cuff pain
