Greetings lifters
I'd like as many of you to post up your skinny to mass leg pictures as possible as I need inspiration to keep going with mine, I feel a lot of guys with skinny legs feel they have skinny legs and they will never be able to grow them
I've been hitting legs very hard as I hav always had chicken legs, they are aesthetic but small, I'm beginning to think I am genetically unable to build decent mass on them as the rest of my body has gained but the legs, no.
Ps not enough posts are made on legs it's time to give some recognition to the guys who put in the "leg work"

I am new here, but here is a pic I took of my quads about 2 months ago. My hamstrings have much more mass, but my quads seem to be more defined at this time. I think that it is due to slacking on my diet. As for my training, I follow a simple periodization method that is very similar to Wendler 5/3/1
