    Post your skinny to mass leg pics

    Greetings lifters

    I'd like as many of you to post up your skinny to mass leg pictures as possible as I need inspiration to keep going with mine, I feel a lot of guys with skinny legs feel they have skinny legs and they will never be able to grow them

    I've been hitting legs very hard as I hav always had chicken legs, they are aesthetic but small, I'm beginning to think I am genetically unable to build decent mass on them as the rest of my body has gained but the legs, no.

    Ps not enough posts are made on legs it's time to give some recognition to the guys who put in the "leg work"

    if you want to grow legs naturally you have to HAMMER them, drop sets, super sets, high reps heavy weight.. not just 3 sets of 10 on squat and leg press will not cut it.

    My leg routine is pretty tough

    5sets x 10 squats
    6 sets calf rais on leg press
    5 sets leg press
    8 sets seated calf raise superset standing calf raise
    5 sets x 10 dead lifts

    eh some information is better than nothing at all, as usual there is always that one lurker that waits to incriminate a poster just trying to help out- ... I will take some pics this weekend, I do not have any before but current ones.

    I am new here, but here is a pic I took of my quads about 2 months ago. My hamstrings have much more mass, but my quads seem to be more defined at this time. I think that it is due to slacking on my diet. As for my training, I follow a simple periodization method that is very similar to Wendler 5/3/1

    Edit: Sorry that the picture was posted sideways and is blurry. I can't post a link yet. I uploaded it to my bodyspace in the correct position if you're interested.

    quads are close to 23 and calves are about 15.5 they look skinny as fuark. what measurements to not be chickened legged?

    I don't agree. IMO squats 12,10,8,6 and then deadlifts 5x5 will cut it. They've grown from 21'' to 26'' in a few months (but then again, noob gains). It really depends on genetics. Chicken-legs need hammering, decent legs need less or the same work as the rest
