Exclamation I am in need of advice... Don't know what to do anymore :P

I have been ongoing the same injury for over a year now, i got pain down arms/shoulders/back/neck etc and get headaches/dizziness (especially when working out, but i have pain throughout the day 24.7) I can't turn my neck without pain, and it feels like some serious nerve pain everywhere else, especially shoulders.
as well as a lot of spine discomfort (a **** load of clicking and pain when i apply a bit of pressure to my thoracic/cervical spine
I got an MRI and it just says that my cervical 3/4 are bulged and compressing the right exit of a nerve ending, which apparently shouldn't do anything. there is a desiccated disc as well..
The neurologist said this should't be causing much of my symptoms at all, except the neck pain...
So I am yet to find an answer after spending over 6K on physio/specialists/scans in the past year, left me broke as i am a student in year 12.
I have not trained for over 12 weeks now, and have wasted away completely even tho i'm on a maintenance strict eating regime...
(NOTE even lifting things like my water bottle hurts my shoulder, Also I do 10 body weight squats, then end up feeling like fainting)
I have done heaps of research and it seems like i have the symptoms of C3/4 nerve pinch and possible C5, but why didn't the scan pick up on this? and why does no one know wtf is wrong with me..

What my question is, should I keep trying to diagnose this or should I try and move on with my..'life'?
