    I tried a couple today. I don't really understand what I am meant to be going with the pallof press. It was my legs keeping me steady rather than my core and when I put weight down couldn't feel anything at all. The landmine twist was decent, it's harder than it looks.

    The hardest part is keeping yourself up on the hanging leg raises. A ton of straight on your arms and lats. My joint opposite elbow is quite weak and they felt it the most/
