    How many of you calculate your macros everyday?

    Just curious, because it gets really annoying and it's probably the hardest thing about bodybuilding.
    Starting Stats (May 2013):
    188 lb
    14% bf%

    Goal Stats(May 2015):
    200 lb
    8% bf

    I've actually used myfitnesspal. I've tried it on my phone and it seems kind of annoying, and weighing foods is a hassle. I was just curious to see how many people actually eat exact amounts of macros to hit their goals. Thanks though man

    lol sry brah you don't look 180lbs to me from avi.

    anyway, maybe if you aren't complaining about the hassle and actually do it, you'll reach your 2015 goals.

    That's the exact reason I weigh every gram of food that enters my body. I want to make sure I'm making progress. The guessing game doesn't work for me.

    My best piece of advice as far as on this question is to add banana's, peanut butter and OAT MEAL to your protein shakes.

    You want to bulk up right? Put some effort into it then by hitting your macros.
