Just curious, because it gets really annoying and it's probably the hardest thing about bodybuilding.

I've actually used myfitnesspal. I've tried it on my phone and it seems kind of annoying, and weighing foods is a hassle. I was just curious to see how many people actually eat exact amounts of macros to hit their goals. Thanks though man
Starting Stats (May 2013):
188 lb
14% bf%
Goal Stats(May 2015):

i think its easier to do on a comp personally... but yeah weighing your food takes time and patience... what this sport is built upon
with all that said yeah i weigh everything out measure everything... when your cutting you want everything to be exact... very tedious but in the end its all worth it
