    today was a hot and long sh!tty day at work plus my phone alarm didn't go off this morning so I missed the gym.....on a side note since I didn't take a pre workout this morning I really felt the energy from the LIV...Its quite nice...LOL.....2 pills at 7am then 1 at 1pm....didn't feel hungry at all....

    Had leftovers from 2 nights b4 so I had: 3 turkey sausages topped with light ragu,onions and green peppers,4 oz round steak and 228 grams gottage cheese...NO PICS...todays macro totals:

    139carb
    216prot
    67fat

    I have 7 pills left so thats 3 more days...1 day 3 pills 2 days 2 pills.....then a final review

    idk lean bulking is something i have not figured out yet. i have 2 modes, dirty bulk and cut

    Ive been doing quite a bit or research on it lately and Im gonna up my cals from 2200 to 3K 100cals a week then when I get to 3K watch the scale closely to see If I have to scale back or up the cals a bit...1lb a week gain and maybe a mini cut here and there...I PROMISE NO MORE FAT ASS

    woke up to hit legs...took my pre watched my liftin vids headed out the door and get to the gym and have no key to get in...my key is on my key ring and my truck is in the shop to get an oil change...FFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUU

    So instead of legs I get home and go on a walk/run...burnt 300cals

    this was supper last night:

    uppin my cals has felt great...I went a little overboard yesterday but Im gonna start at 2400 and add 100 cals per week til I get up to my bulkin cal..hopin for a good lean bulk this year.....aug-feb or march......hoping for the best
