5'10". 170lbs. 18yrs old.

Bench 5RM: 170 lbs ||| 225
Squat 5RM: 220 lbs ||| 315
OHP 5RM: 100 lbs ||| 135
Deadlift 5RM: --- learning form ||| 365
Currently starting Ice Cream Fitness 5x5
