How long will it take to get a Bruce Lee look with this body?

Hello new guy here, I weigh 125 and I am 5'8, idk how much body fat I have but I''m guessing its around 10-12%. I am semi-athletic, I used to be a crew rower and I am capable of long distance running. I was also wondering what kind of workouts I should do and what changes to my diet I need to make. I would prefer to get abs in a month, but if not its cool. I attached a pic of my current shape. (I know its pretty pathetic) main focus is abs tho

You kinda look like I did a little while ago. Bruce Lee never bodybuilt (is that a word, hmm) he was just straight martial arts for years and a good lean diet, excessive bulk or size wasn't favourable to him. Being ripped wasn't his priority at all.

Bruce Lee had very low BF%. His specialty was speed. He was so fast that a lot of movies slowed down his moves just so you could see his hands moving. However, assuming you're not going to be as lightening fast as Bruce Lee, you're going to end up looking like just another ordinary skinny asian. No one is gonna say you look like Bruce Lee unless you become a master of Wing Chun. I would advise against it. But really a majority of what you're looking for can be found if you drop your BF%.

it wont take long really he wasnt a big guy he was just very lean. just focus on building muscle until you are happy with your size then cut down. and your abs will start to show through (remember to train them ofc).

Abs will come with your diet so don't be too worried about useless cruches unless you intend to get into martial arts like Bruce. Bag work and fight conditioning cardio will probably come in handy in getting the look. A lot of body weight stuff will almost certainly help.

I just googled it and this came up http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/gett...ce-lee-way.htm

You only really need to build a small amount of mass, then cut down to a low body fat %, as far as I am aware Bruce was around 130-140lbs but extremely lean. Don't think 'how long will it take' time constraints are dumb ways of looking at things; they are unrealistic as there are many variables which effect how progression goes.

Bruce lee wasn't a big dude. But he was fast and strong as hell. Read he could bench like 260 for 3 sets of 10 and had some other amazing feats of strength for being 135 lbs like he was.

Bruce Lee look or Bruce Lee strength. If you are asking for his overall hardness and performance 8+ hours/day for six years.
