Breakfast is the most difficult meal for me, when i skip it i can to get jittery and mean mommy comes out. That said I still hardly eat breakfast, when i do its usually something like half a banana (the ugly half my kid didnt want) or eggs. On a bad day it will be last nights dinner. Just wondering what everyone else eats for breakfast??

Depends...
On a normal day when I'm on track it's something like 2/3c egg whites, 2whole eggs, turkey sausage, some light cheese and a slice of bread (plus or minus a bowl of kashi protein cereal).
On a day where I'm like "eff this, I do what I want", it's 2-3 pancakes or some crepes, a few eggs, bacon and toast. One way or the other, I gotta eat brefkis or I'm Dr Jekyll/Mr Hyde all dang day.
Please eat breakfast for the safety of your kids! Lol

For those who are rushed in the morning, here's a nifty idea of make-ahead oatmeal. I don't know about the variations the recipe suggests, but start with the basic oatmeal and add whatever flavours or fruits you like - blueberries or raisins, cinnamon, maple syrup, etc., can all be added the night before, I think. And if it's in a container like Tupperware or a mason jar, it's easy to grab on your way out the door and eat at work or on the way to work.
Ingredients
For the overnight oats:
1/2 cup rolled oats (not quick cooking)
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Variation #1 – Pumpkin Peanut Butter
½ cup pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Variation #2 – Strawberry Banana
2 to 2 ½ tablespoons strawberry jam
1 small banana, mashed
Instructions
Combine the oats, Greek yogurt, milk, and chia seeds in a bowl or jar, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and allow the mixture to sit in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, stir in the desired mix-ins and enjoy (choose from one of the two mix-in combinations shown or come up with your own custom flavors!).

You can also make breakfast "muffins" in advance. If you're going low-carb, line muffin tins with a slice or two of black forest ham, then fill with a scrambled egg mixture (cheese, peppers, onions are all great in that mixture too. Bake them in the oven.
If you have big appetites in the house, you can put these "muffins" on toast or English muffins.
And, scrambled egg wraps can be made in advance and microwaved quickly too. Again, chunks of ham, peppers, onions, cheese are all great additions to the scrambled eggs.No drama: You know where we are.

Protein shake and 100-150g of sweet potato or banana, it's my post work-out meal.
On weekends though, usually one of these two:
Eggs and toast with avocado and berries
Protein pancakes +/- bacon___________________________________________________________

you don't really have to eat breakfast(or breakfast type foods) in the morning. if you get jittery, maybe you're having to much caffiene, or your blood sugar is low. Since I IF, I start eating at 12 pm and always start with eggs, bacon, etc and then have my other food right after. co-workers were like wth, but now they are used to it and I don't get the usual randow stupid comments.

You're welcome. Definitely line your muffin tins with the meat, because it's a mess to clean up - even in a nonstick pan.
One time, when I was going low-carb, I made a crustless quiche florentine in a spring-form pan and it was a sticky mess. I was eating my quiche at work for breakfast and my boss asked what it was. "Crustless Quiche Florentine", said I. She said, "You do realise that is scrambled eggs with spinach?" LOL! We both howled. I said, "hey, when you're dieting it kind of helps to put swanky names on your food!"No drama: You know where we are.

This just gave me and idea for a Bacon Quiche Florentine I love bacon!!!! Think I may try to cook the bacon until it is almost done but still pliable and put strips in the tins to cover them completely. May try that just to see if the bacon will set up in the tin enough to make it work. Mouth watering!!

I'm not actually hungry in the mornings but i get ravenous around 11am when im knee deep in either playdates, swim lessons (kids), or work calls. I actually find it difficult to eat that early and "breakfast" type food bore me, mostly i find myself choking it down for the sake of my sanity. I have a 2yr old daughter who is exactly the same way, except she refuses to eat breakfast, says shes too full even though she just woke up. My 5yr old son is the complete opposite, he actually wakes me up in the morning cause "the sun is awake and so its breakfast time"
I dont actually have a lot of caffeine, i hate coffee but i like to have a cup of tea in the mornings. But it could be my blood sugar. Im actually a huge fan of IF, when my schedule wasnt so cramped i would have my first meal around 11:30 and last by 7:30, now it just doesn't work with my lifestyle.
Im thinking more variations on oatmeal will be happening in the futureGoals: lose 20lbs
