    I've come a long way and I'd like opinions on where to go from here

    I think I've gone from about ~35-40% BF to about 20%. Been lifting heavy, started doing some cardio this year, and watching food intake, largely keto though I've been prone to bouts of weakness where I've eaten bigger than I really should on a cut. Currently my goal is to get down to about 160lb in August, which by my estimation will put me near ~13-15% bodyfat and then do a bulk until I hit the 1000 pound club. Are my BF% estimates reasonable? Am I gonna make it?

    Amazing progress. Good job

    I think you are still at a stage where you can benefit from eating at maintenance calories and just doing a 3-4 day gym and 2 day cardio.

    Having said that, I think you are overestimating your body fat. I am not expert but I would put you in a 15-18% range.

    If you want to pick between the 2 - my opinion would be to cut until 12% body fat, then bulk. But that's just me (that's what I did)

    I would continue the cut if your up for it. What are your lifts at now, just to see how far you got to go to hit 1000 pound club. You will probably look very skinny dropping another 10 pounds. Good luck what ever you decide to do.

    Great progress, but girls don't usually like thick, black hair on light wight skin.
    At least trim it and get a tan.
    Women=hair girls=no hair is just an excuse and self assurance.

    Anyway, maybe lean out a bit more and then bulk, but it's hard to tell because you are
    posing in a way that doesn't show exactly how much of a stomach you have going on.

    I'm 17 and I agree with you. 'Women' do like hair but they dont like forest. I would shave and keep the hair low if you desire but I would definitely shave what you currently got. IMHO.

    15-18%? Really? I've been having a hard time estimating it because I still have a good bit of belly and flab around the midsection but my arms and legs are pretty lean. My scale has an inductive measuring thing that puts me at 22%. Using calculations from measurements I have a pretty small waist and a pretty big ribcage/chest so it seems to be throwing the numbers off. the YMCA measurement puts me at like 11.5% which is obviously nonsense.

    There's a lot of good advice in this thread so far. AND NO DAMN IT I'M NOT SHAVING MY CHEST, I PULL BITCHES WITH THIS CARPET.

    I don't understand why you are so against shaving? You say you pull 'bitches' with the rug, but why work hard in the gym to cover it up with a rug? Show off what you worked hard for! For every girl that likes hairy chests there will be just as many, if not more who would prefer to see a ripped chest and stomach!

    Apart from the hair issue, you have made some good progress, so I would say keep cutting until you get around 12% then reassess, as I think your currently around 16-17%. If you can get down to 12% and then clean bulk after the summer.

    Implying more girls is better. I don't chase girls, I pursue women and I'm happy with the one I'm with now. The chest will remain unshaven. The BACK, however, may get some treatment at some point.

    Solid advice, thanks brah. if I'm 18% now, 12% would be at 160lb on the nose which is exactly what I was hoping for. I have the beginnings of abs at the top if i flex and lean just right. Full steam ahead!

    Solid dude, congrats on the huge weight loss, completely different. I agree with the cutting, would do wonders for you.

    Also, for the hair, I would not shave it, I would keep it low to show off some muscles but that is definitely up to you.
