Cycle 8/9
Last cycle i passed everything but squats but it was just because i got shoulder tattoo and i couldn't place the bar in the proper place.
Question is last cycle i passed everything but i was gaining 1 ib per week and i was getting a l fat so i lowerd calories by 200 on the next cycle now im on week4/heavyday and i failed bench backrow and sholder and deadlift were really hard i had to leave and not do abbs because i had no energy is this because i lowerd calories by 200 or because i started eating 500 more on workdays than restdays
