Will I struggle to make the gains?

So far I have an Ez Bar/Dumbells & 40kg Cast Iron weights of weights as im working out from home (on my first week)

    Squats - 40kg
    Deadlift - 40kg
BD Bench - 20kg each arm
    Skullcrushers - 20kg
DB bicep curls - 15kg each arm

Im looking to buy more weights, Barbell for bench press & a squat rack

Is this a good start as I can feel a nice burn on my muscles but Know i can do alot mroe weight so not currently pushing myself on squat/deadlifts etc

Thanks Again, Yeah im looking to buy more weights so can Progressly add weights to squats & deadlifts (need a barbell as Ez Bar isnt the best) But im eating well so should see gains just worried weather im over eating which may cause too much fat, suppose its trail & error.
