For traps do barbell shrugs, for the middle of the back close grip rows or lat pull downs. The closer the grip more of the focus goes towards the center of your back, the wider hits the outer areas more.
    Goals for 2013

    Bench 315
    Squat 315 x 10
    Deadlift 315 x 10
    Shoulder Press 225 x 5

    Current

    Bench 245 x 5
    Squat 245x 10
    Deadlift 255 x 10
    Shoulder Press 155 x 10

What back workouts do you do currently? Looks like you have a good build just need to drop some bf to get the shredded look

4sets 6-10 reps. Usually I start off with some bodyweight pullups to warm up, then lat pulldowns( alternate wide and narrow between weeks), bent over bb rows (overhand), db bb rows, and heavy db pullovers. I deadlift on alternate leg days; 6 sets of 5, 5, 3, 1, 1, 1

I've personally never seen good results from lat pull downs, wide grip pull ups work best for me, add weight as needed
